Rocky and CeCe finally get their dream come true of getting the Shake It Up Spotlight Dance. But their dreams become a nightmare when Gary gets the flu and can’t host the show. Rocky and CeCe must find a way to host the show for Gary and still get their Spotlight Dance. They get a dance crew to perform, but end up getting sick right when their spotlight dance begins, so Tinka does the dance instead.
